The role focuses on managing a book of business, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities, while working remotely with California, Nevada, and Arizona residents; occasional on-site collaboration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.

• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup and data collection.
• Manage renewals and liaise with clients and carriers.
• Maintain and improve client relationships and vendor partnerships.
