Job summary

Eplacement is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new-logo sales in the US insurance tech market. This fully remote hunter role offers $145k–$165k base plus uncapped commission and a clear path to enterprise deals.

You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation and closing with senior P&C insurance executives, targeting deals in the $150k–$350k range and quotas around $1.5m annually.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of relevant B2B technology or solutions sales experience.
• Experience selling directly into the US Property & Casualty insurance market.
• Self-generating pipeline and closing complex, six-figure enterprise deals.
• Strong consultative selling skills and confidence engaging senior insurance decision-makers.
• Hands-on, owning and building new customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation and close.
• Sell innovative claims technology and AI-powered solutions to US P&C insurers, MGAs and TPAs.
• Focus on new-logo acquisition with support from presales, marketing and account management.
• Target senior decision-makers and cross-functional executives to close enterprise deals.
