Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of success.
• Ability to build and leverage a robust law firm rolodex.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Develop and maintain a customer database and promotional materials.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training for clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop compelling sales proposals.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Attend events and network to source new opportunities.
• Follow up on sales activities to achieve OTE targets.
