Job summary

Edcetera is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Communications to lead digital campaign strategy across email, social, and paid channels. You’ll own end‑to‑end campaigns, craft compelling copy, and drive CRO best practices while partnering with the Director on team guidance and delivery.

The role sits between strategy and hands‑on execution, owning performance, and supporting traffic management, prioritization, and day‑to‑day guidance for the Communications team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of digital marketing, email marketing, or campaign management experience.
• 1–2 years of mentoring or informal leadership of marketers.
• Strong copywriting and editing for email, social, and paid channels.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CASL, CAN‑SPAM compliance.
• Ability to plan and sequence cross‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end strategy and execution for digital campaigns across email, social, and paid digital channels.
• Lead planning and execution for major campaign moments, launches, and cross‑brand initiatives.
• Mentor and coach Communications Specialists, elevating their execution and judgment.
• Assist Director with traffic management and prioritization, flag bandwidth issues early.
• Build, deploy, and QA high‑priority digital campaigns and oversee calendars.
