Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and provide top-notch campaign execution services. You will drive email production, coordinate meetings, track jobs, and manage multiple campaigns while supporting client marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in client services or account management, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Remote with hybrid office attendance is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client services or account management in advertising or marketing.
• Experience with creative development, digital marketing and email deployment platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and client management.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end email and production execution for campaigns.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and track open jobs.
• Manage multiple campaigns and update daily campaigns and documentation.
• Support client marketing strategies and monitor campaign metrics.
• Upskill on email platforms, project management tools, and related platforms.
