Job summary

Insurance Office of America in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support to the account team and Producers. You will manage policy renewals, endorsements, and related tasks while ensuring accuracy and service excellence.

The ideal candidate demonstrates 3+ years of customer service in insurance, professional licensing, strong analytical skills, and strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workload of team support and account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related billing tasks.
• Support new and renewal business processes including submissions, coverages, pricing, and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
