Job summary

You will assist with client research, submissions, and proposals while supporting day-to-day activities under supervision, contributing to a collaborative, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency systems

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of support staff and account team.
• Track policy expirations, renewals, and endorsements to ensure timely processing.
• Process admin tasks: invoices, certificates, binders, and loss runs.
• Assist in submissions, proposals, and binding coverage for clients.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and manage delinquent accounts.
