Insurance Office of America is hiring a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team under supervision of an Account Manager or Producer. You will handle renewals, endorsements, loss runs, and client inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service experience in insurance brokerage or related field.
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
Active license, CISR designation preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support and Account roles.
Track policy expirations and renewals; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, issuances, and billing aspects.
Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, coverages, pricing, proposals, binders.
Review contracts for proper coverages.
Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
