Optery is seeking a Senior ABM & Demand Generation Manager to grow demand for Optery for Business and expand ABM across an established program. You’ll work with enterprise AEs, prioritize accounts, and lead planning, execution, and measurement of ABM activities to drive opportunities.

You will also lead broader demand generation, collaborating with the Head of Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and the marketing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or technology.
• Experience building or expanding an ABM program with planning, execution, and measurement.
• Experience working with enterprise account executives on shared plans, campaigns, and pipeline progression.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying committees and complex sales cycles.
• Proven success generating qualified pipeline in a sales-led environment.
• Experience across multiple marketing channels and demand generation programs.

Responsabilités

• Build and expand ABM program with clear account selection, segmentation, and campaign plans.
• Collaborate with enterprise AEs on account plans, map buying committees, and coordinate marketing activity.
• Create conversations, develop content/offers, and advance opportunities within target accounts.
• Lead demand generation planning aligned with B2B pipeline goals.
• Run integrated campaigns across content, email, webinars, digital, events, and partner channels.
• Improve conversion by analyzing buyer journeys and addressing gaps with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
