I’m a Recruiter with Manpower Engineering and I am looking for a remote Proposal Writer / Technical Writer for our ASIC manufacturing client. This will be a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend or convert to perm. US Citizenship is required.

Primary Duties:

• Read and respond to government RFPs, digest the information, and prepare compliant proposals.
• Write technical proposals that effectively sell ASIC products.
• Manage 3 major proposal submissions in the first 6 months, approximately 30 pages each, covering technology, road maps, concepts, and potential solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the semiconductor/ASIC/microelectronics industry, with the ability to speak the industry language and understand technical details.
• Ability to combine technical knowledge with sales-oriented writing.
• Proven experience in technical and proposal writing, focusing on technology, road maps, concepts, and solutions.
• Security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• US Citizenship is mandatory due to project requirements.
• Availability for approximately once-a-month travel.
