Responsibilities

• Monitor requisitions in an ATS, screen and interview applicants.
• Utilize dashboards and resume searches to source and evaluate candidates.
• Create profiles on hiring needs for locations in different markets.
• Assist with recruitment deficits in difficult markets across the US.
• Present recommendations to management on recruiting improvements.
• Collaborate with Manager to optimize talent acquisition via analytics.
