Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Atlanta is seeking a high-volume Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for Data Center Operations, Critical Infrastructure, and Enterprise Tech in a 100% remote capacity. You will partner with Hiring Managers and global colleagues to deliver quality hires for a world-leading FAANG enterprise.

In this role, you will manage requisitions, sourcing, screening, and onboarding, building strong candidate pipelines while ensuring compliance and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3+ years recruiting, at least 1 year full-cycle recruiting.
• Relationship management: minimum 1 year working directly with hiring managers.
• Alternative experience: 18 months as Talent Sourcing or Assessment Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Hiring Manager partnership: intake calls and updates on requisitions.
• Candidate management: manage pools including internal, ad response, and direct sourced candidates.
• Goal tracking: meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring goals and monitor scorecards.
• Compliance: document requisition activity to meet compliance and KPI tracking.
