• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with recruiters and managers.
• Drive candidate engagement and reduce attrition through pre-employment.
• Assist with hiring events, career fairs and large staffing initiatives.
• Travel to recruiting events and local functions as needed.
• Develop community partnerships with organizations and schools.
• Monitor and update recruiting workflows and metrics.
• Provide strategic support to leadership on outreach and staffing.
