Lumen Technologies is seeking a Security Sales Specialist to coordinate strategy for assigned key accounts and drive security services sales across SASE, DDoS, Threat Intelligence, and MDR. You will develop and implement account plans, forecast revenue, and nurture long-term relationships to maximize sales across the U.S.

market. The role is a work-from-home position within the United States, with travel as needed and a focus on AI-ready connectivity solutions across cloud, edge, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Sales and/or Information Technology (6+ years).
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications in sales.
• Strong communication skills with proven closing ability.
• Experience in consultative sales techniques and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and strategize on assigned key accounts and develop account plans.
• Identify and develop security services sales opportunities (SASE, DDoS, Threat Intelligence, Professional Services, MDR).
• Provide product solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain relationships to maximize sales.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and manage quota funnels.
• Deliver action plans to cross-sell and up-sell to increase total customer spend.
