Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Security Solutions Executive to grow security business within a defined Enterprise sales territory. You will generate opportunities, partner with customers and teams, and close security deals as a customer-facing security SME.

This role reports to Austin, TX, or becomes fully remote with a home-office setup. Travel up to 20% is required, with strong emphasis on pipeline and growth for SHI security offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in Inside or Outside Sales.
• 3+ years of direct security sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Generate, identify, and drive pipeline by understanding customer needs and positioning relevance to SHI solutions.
• Drive security growth for SHI by profiling, qualifying, and meeting with Enterprise customers.
• Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert on security products and SHI capabilities.
• Engage with Enterprise sales and technical teams to initiate the sales cycle and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to execute growth strategy for Security products.
• Meet security growth KPIs and manage the pipeline effectively.
• Guide governance practices to enable scalable cloud adoption for customers.
• Work with internal teams and partners to deliver long-term value.
