Job summary

Veritas Search Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Technical Project Manager to lead physical and electronic security deployments across corporate offices, campuses, and facilities. This role requires hands-on design review, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination with architects, IT teams, and vendors.

Travel to project sites will be frequent. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of access control, surveillance, alarms, and integrated security systems, with strong budgeting

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction and security deployments.
• Ability to review architectural/construction drawings for security placement.
• Strong budgeting, cost-tracking, and vendor RFP knowledge.
• Proven ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage security projects from design through construction and occupancy.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, IT teams, and vendors.
• Review drawings to apply security standards and identify conflicts.
• Develop budgets, rough-order estimates, and track costs.
• Manage RFPs, vendor bids, and procurement activities.
• Ensure interfaces between security and building systems are coordinated.
• Travel to project sites as required and provide client updates.
