Job summary

Support Tech LLC seeks a Remote Technical Project Manager for CCTV and networking. You will lead deployments from design and quoting through to final execution and support in a fully remote setup.

This 100% remote role is open to global candidates with native English fluency and a dedicated home workspace. You will manage projects using modern PM tools and maintain clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full lifecycle deployments of CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP routing, PoE switching, and bandwidth calculations.
• Proficiency with project management software and quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• System design layouts and camera placements tailored to client needs.
• Oversee deployment lifecycles, timelines, resources, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate technical integration and ensure reliable system deployment.
• Generate quotes, scope of work, and BOM using internal tools.
• Communicate clearly with clients, technicians, and partners via Dialpad.
