Job summary

SailPoint is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a security-focused program portfolio across Engineering Operations and Security teams. You will coordinate 12 concurrent initiatives, drive cross-team collaboration, and manage vendor engagements to keep security programs aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes executive-level reporting, risk sizing, and BAU security activities, with a fully remote US-based work model and FedRAMP compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7 years of technical program management experience, with at least 3 years in security/infra or platform programs.
• Experience managing 10 concurrent initiatives with cross-functional dependencies across engineering orgs.
• Vendor procurement experience for security or engineering tooling, including evaluations, POCs and contracts.
• Familiarity with security domains: app security, cloud security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of 12 concurrent product security initiatives across near-term, mid-term, and BAU horizons.
• Maintain the initiative roadmap, run weekly tracking cadence, and escalate blockers.
• Build cross-team dependencies across DevOps, Platform Eng, FinOps, Architecture, Product, and CISO.
• Manage vendor engagements through front door process, scoping POCs and compiling results for leadership.
• Produce executive-ready status updates and quarterly program reviews.
