Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting business operations. The role fits professionals with a mid-level background in IT security, risk management, and compliance with regulated security frameworks.

The successful candidate will implement IT security best practices, meet client and regulatory requirements, and contribute solutions for highly regulated projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in federal cybersecurity.
• CISSP/CISM/CISA or similar credentials.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of Information Security team supporting enterprise.
• Design and implement security controls per NIST, FISMA and DIB frameworks.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and federal mandates.
• Stay current with threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
