Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting business operations. This role suits professionals with mid-level IT security, risk management, and compliance experience with regulated security frameworks.

The successful candidate will actively contribute to policy compliance and the effective implementation of IT security best practices for client and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in federal cybersecurity.
• Credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA or CCP.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC.
• Experience with SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• System administration across multiple platforms.
• Basic IT project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise as part of the Information Security team.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST/FISMA and related frameworks.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and federal mandates.
• Stay current with threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
