Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting our business operations. This role is ideal for professionals with mid-level background in IT security, risk management, and compliance with regulated security frameworks.

A successful candidate will be an active individual contributor ensuring compliance with corporate security policies, standards, and processes and is responsible for the effective implementation of IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or equivalent federal experience.
• Minimum 2 years in federal cybersecurity.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA/CCP or similar.
• Experience with NIST RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC.
• Experience with SIEM, EPP, vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• System administration across multiple platforms.
• Basic IT project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, FISMA, and Defense Industrial Base frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting enterprise.
