Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting our business operations. The role is ideal for professionals with a mid-level background in IT security, risk management, and compliance with regulated security frameworks.

You will ensure compliance with corporate policies and implement IT security best practices in regulated projects. This position is 100% work at home for US‑based candidates eligible to work in the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent federal work experience required.
• 2+ years in a federal cybersecurity role or function.
• Familiar with NIST/FISMA/RMF/FedRAMP/CMMC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise security as part of a team of information security professionals.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, FISMA, and DEFENSE frameworks.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and US federal mandates.
• Stay current with threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
