Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting our enterprise. This 100% work-from-home role requires US citizenship and the ability to work from anywhere in the United States.

You will implement IT security best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain documentation for ATOs and audits while staying current with evolving threats and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of federal cybersecurity experience.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA or CCP; CEH or SANS is a plus.
• Experience with federal frameworks including NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• Experience in system administration across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Conduct proactive security assessments in response to alerts, research, and advisories.
• Hunt for threats using industry tools; review indicators of compromise and guide incident response.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy compliance and alignment with U.S. federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documentation for ATOs (SSPs/POA&Ms) and audit reports.
• Support accreditation and authorization processes under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes due to evolving regulations.
