Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of security programs across the company. You will oversee multiple delivery managers responsible for vulnerability management, security tooling, incident response, and cross-functional security partnerships.

You will set direction for scoping, prioritization, tracking, and delivery at scale, ensuring alignment with engineering, policy, legal, and trust and safety teams to advance Meta's security objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in managing managers or multi-team organizations.
• 10+ years in program or project management focused on security, trust, safety, or risk/compliance.
• Experience leading large-scale security programs (vulnerability management, tooling, incident response).
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting for security initiatives.
• Experience identifying and escalating delivery risks in multi-team streams.
• Experience communicating status and risk to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery management managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, security tooling, and operational risk reduction.
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, aligning program priorities with company-wide security strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks and operating models for how security programs are scoped, resourced, tracked, and reported across engineering and operations partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for cross-functional delivery.
• Develop security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executives and board-level audiences.
• Build and develop a team of program managers with accountability and operational rigor.
