Job description

We are looking for an experienced Security Service Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead a key security delivery engagement for our global enterprise client. Our team operates a robust Security Service package that serves as the operational and focal backbone for the client’s IT-enabled products. We manage and coordinate security governance across a broad portfolio of 250+ applications and development teams, working hand-in-hand with the client's Senior Cybersecurity and Product Management leadership. Our collaborative team consists of 8 Security Experts (split between on-site presence and offshore EU delivery), acting as a central bridge to triage security scope, drive product security standards, and support engineering teams in proactively mitigating vulnerabilities. As our Delivery Manager, you will act as the single point of contact for all delivery-related matters, orchestrating stakeholder communication, establishing smooth service workflows, and ensuring high-quality, outcome-based delivery. Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Governance: Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Security Service, managing client communication, expectations, and reporting across multiple director areas and numerous stakeholders
• Operational Leadership: Run outcome-based setups with a strong commitment to timelines, quality, and budget, ensuring seamless collaboration between on-site and offshore team members
• Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Work directly with Senior Cybersecurity and Product Management leadership to align security targets, identify customer needs, and govern project delivery across the board
• Proactive Problem-Solving & Escalation Management: Navigate complex organizational landscapes, handle critical delivery challenges constructively, and guide both the team and client stakeholders toward decisive, high-impact resolutions
• Consultancy & Enablement: Foster a strong consultancy mindset within the team, establishing proper service communication flows and helping product teams adopt robust software security practices
• Team Development: Build a high-performing, collaborative team environment and participate in mentoring and talent development initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven expertise in Delivery / Program Management within technical environments
• Solid experience managing delivery engagements with relatively compact core teams interacting with a large number of client stakeholders
• Strong background in governing project delivery, defining resource plans, and executing large-scale technical initiatives independently
• Consultancy mindset with exceptional stakeholder management, conflict-resolution, and crisis-management skills — able to push decisions firmly and diplomatically
• Security Domain Expertise: A broad and solid grasp of security domains and how to build functioning protection processes. Familiarity with any of the following areas: DevSecOps, Product/Application Security, Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Threat Modeling, Security Assessments & Reviews, Security Architecture, or Vulnerability Management
• Excellent command of business communication (verbal and written) and time management
• Ability to work autonomously and act as a reliable single point of contact on delivery matters
