• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with leadership in security delivery or risk management preferred.
• Experience leading security delivery initiatives spanning vulnerability management, tooling operations, and incident response coordination.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security programs.

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, tooling, and risk reduction.
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligned with company security goals.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting of security programs across engineering and operations.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery.
• Oversee development of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify systemic gaps and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination during high-severity events.
• Evaluate tooling and automation strategies to support tracking and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning, headcount decisions, and governance forums.
