Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of security programs across the company. You will oversee multiple security delivery managers responsible for vulnerability management, tooling operations, incident readiness, and cross-functional partnerships aligned to Meta's security objectives.

You will set strategic direction for scoping, prioritizing, tracking, and delivering work at scale, ensuring engineering, policy, legal, and trust teams stay aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years of managing managers or leading multi-team orgs.
• 10+ years of program or project management in security, trust/safety, risk, and compliance.
• Experience leading large-scale security programs (vulnerability management, tooling operations, or incident response).
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting for security initiatives.
• Ability to communicate security status and risk to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery management managers delivering security initiatives.
• Set multi-year strategy for security delivery operations.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with security engineering, trust & safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership.
• Develop security delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Build and develop a high-performing security delivery team.
• Identify gaps and drive organizational changes to improve velocity.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination.
• Improve tooling and automation for tracking and coordination.
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning and governance.
