Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery across enterprise programs. You will own end-to-end delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive value realization with executive visibility.

You will mentor delivery managers, promote agile practices, and ensure risk and security controls are applied. The role is remote, reports to the VP, Delivery Management, and requires 10+ years of program/delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Agile, Lean or Continuous Delivery experience with SDLC/Change Management and risk/security awareness.
• Experience with healthcare/regulated industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams to achieve major business and technology programs.
• Own end-to-end delivery plans and Disciplined Agile delivery practices.
• Teach Disciplined Agile values and patterns to delivery managers and teams.
• Prepare executive updates, ROI and benefits tracking for senior leaders.
