Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Security-Compliance Program Manager to lead our client's security-compliance posture across customer conversations and GTM motions. The role requires translating complex frameworks into practical guidance and enabling internal teams to respond quickly to security reviews.

You will own the representation in customer interactions, map frameworks to capabilities, and create reusable playbooks that speed field responsiveness, while educating sales engineers and account

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in security compliance or related field.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, NIST, and PCI.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sales or technical support.
• Ability to translate complex compliance concepts into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in security compliance.
• Field credibility with a bias for quick execution over perfection.

Responsibilities

• Represent the compliance practice in customer interactions, including calls and webinars
• Map compliance frameworks to the company's capabilities, noting what is met or partially met
• Create reusable playbooks from deal learnings to improve field responsiveness
• Educate sales engineers and account executives on compliance discussions
• Serve as a first responder for vendor security questionnaires and customer assessments
