Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is hiring a Security-Compliance Program Manager for a remote role. You will navigate compliance frameworks like GDPR, NIST, PCI, and HIPAA, partnering with sales and customers to turn compliance requirements into winning conversations.

You’ll craft playbooks, educate field teams, and lead evidence-based responses to vendor questionnaires and assessments. You’ll engage directly with customers, drive trust, and bridge security, data protection, and compliance in fast-paced deals.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and applying them to optimize outcomes in security/compliance.
• Global compliance fluency including major frameworks (NIST, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Deep understanding of security, data protection, and compliance, including data in motion/rest and how frameworks formalize them.
• Ability to translate tech perspectives into compliance requirements and business impact.
• Experience working with or in sales/customer-facing teams with bias toward actionable, timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Represent the practice to customers via calls, webinars, and conferences; show how compliance accelerates deals.
• Map frameworks to Zscaler capabilities with clear
• Build reusable playbooks and assets from deal learnings for faster future responses.
• Educate SEs and AEs to handle routine compliance conversations while focusing on data security.
• Act as security-compliance first responder completing vendor questionnaires and customer assessments with supporting documentation.
