Job summary

Rhymetec is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead technical cyber security programs for our clients. You will manage a small team of Security Analysts and drive scoping, delivery, and governance of information security initiatives.

Responsibilities include aligning with frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI), managing audits, and coordinating project milestones. Travel up to two weeks per year and a fast-paced multi-program environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity and GRC.
• 2+ years in program management.
• Experience in fast-paced multi-program environments.
• Experience with waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery.
• Ability to lead through influence and build consensus.
• Experience with cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical cyber security programs from scoping to delivery.
• Manage a small team of Security Analysts.
• Develop and enhance information security programs for clients.
• Lead audits and compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI).
• Manage project tasks, milestones, and SLAs.
• Ensure on-time completion of security objectives.
• Track progress and identify risks and enhancements.
• Support customer retention and travel up to 2 weeks per year.
