Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Security-Compliance Program Manager to join our team. This remote, customer-facing role reports to the Director, Global Security-Compliance Practice, and focuses on turning complex compliance requirements into practical, winning conversations across GDPR, NIST, PCI, HIPAA, and related frameworks.

You’ll map frameworks to Zscaler capabilities, build reusable playbooks, and educate SEs and AEs to keep data protection at the heart of every deal.

Qualifications

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and security considerations.
Global compliance fluency with frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Ability to translate technology to compliance and sales.
Experience working with or in sales or customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

Represent the practice directly with customers through calls, webinars, and conferences, communicating how compliance accelerates deals.
Map compliance frameworks to Zscaler capabilities control by control with clear labels.
Build reusable playbooks and assets from deal learnings for faster response next time.
Educate SEs and AEs to handle routine compliance conversations while keeping data security at the center.
