You will guide customers through frameworks such as GDPR, NIST, PCI, and HIPAA, translating complex requirements into clear, deal-ready conversations. Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and AI-driven solutions.
• Global compliance fluency including NIST 800-53/171, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Understanding security architecture and data protection.
• Ability to translate perspectives: technology to compliance to business/sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent the practice directly with customers through calls, webinars, and conferences.
• Map compliance frameworks to Zscaler capabilities control by control.
• Build reusable playbooks and assets from deal-based learnings.
• Educate SEs and AEs to handle routine compliance conversations while keeping data security central.
• Act as a security-compliance first responder, completing vendor assessments accurately and promptly.
