Amazon Leo Global Service Compliance (GSC) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to guide Network and Security compliance workstreams across international deployments.

You will lead planning, execution, and optimization, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure compliance solutions. You will report status to leadership and interface with cross-functional partners to unblock deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Foundational telecom network experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance workstream strategies aligned with Amazon Leo's global service expansion goals and objectives.
• Own ongoing prioritization, resourcing and development of GSC's strategy and plan for assigned compliance workstreams.
• Plan GSC's roadmap and mechanism structure to ensure growth scales globally.
• Be a subject matter expert and central point of contact for internal and cross‑functional stakeholders to accelerate deliverables.
• Own administrative functions for internal coordination, including calendar management and onboarding.
