Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate vendor engagements and develop procedures for budget management.

This vital role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on financial tracking and coordination within an IT or cybersecurity context.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to produce executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor engagement and contract execution.
• Develop standard operating procedures for budget management.
• Compile and distribute weekly status reports for cybersecurity projects.

Skills

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, particularly NIST CSF

Proficiency in financial tracking and budget forecasting

Strong project management skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience coordinating cyber insurance renewals

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Finance or related field

Minimum five years in project management
