Job summary

V2X is seeking a senior accounting professional to conduct advanced accounting activities including SEC filings and regulatory compliance. The role leads a team, reviews internal controls and drives financial reporting quality for the company.

Candidates should have CPA licensure, 8–10 years of public accounting or equivalent industry experience, and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS. This is a remote US-based position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA - active license.
• 8–10 years of public accounting experience or equivalent; 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Coordinate external audits and communicate with auditors on disclosures.
