Quantinuum in Broomfield, CO is seeking an SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager responsible for external financial reporting, owning complex accounting matters, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The role may be remote with approvals.

The ideal candidate has deep SEC reporting experience, CPA preferred, 6+ years in public accounting and high-tech industry, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Workiva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 6+ years of combined public accounting and high-tech industry experience.
• U.S. person status per contractual and security requirements.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive preparation, review, and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (10-Q/10-K/8-K).
• Own complex technical accounting matters and memo research.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for disclosures.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX 404 compliance.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and train stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements in SEC reporting.
• Develop accounting policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
