Job summary

OnTrac in Miami, FL is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II to oversee recruiting and onboarding activities at regional locations. You will lead event coordination, manage background checks, and ensure I-9 compliance while partnering with recruiters, operations, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruiting/onboarding experience, 1 year of HR experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Weekend availability and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Recruitment event support & hiring coordination: Lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
• Onboarding execution & compliance processing: Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of all required documentation.
• HR compliance & recordkeeping: Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards, including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
• Staffing partnership & hiring support: Act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• HR operations & administrative support: Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referral and sign-on bonuses.

Location: Miami, FL. 13190 NW 17th St. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.
Term: 10/1/26-12/31/26
Schedule: Availability Sun-Sat, weekends required, 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm
Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $21 – $31 per hour.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job related factors.
This position may also be eligible for shift differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation, in accordance with applicable Company policies and law.

Employment Logistics

Talent Acquisition Support will oversee recruiting and onboarding functions for assigned regional locations. This role supports the execution of a strategic talent acquisition plan while also taking a hands-on approach to completing day-to-day recruiting and onboarding activities.
As the primary contact for candidates and new hires at each location, this position will work closely with employees, applicants, recruiters, operations teams, and functional leaders to ensure talent acquisition priorities are achieved with consistency and excellence.
