OnTrac is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a seasonal, remote role (PST). You will support our payroll team during high-volume periods, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while complying with policy and regulation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of end-to-end payroll processing, multi-state experience, and strong Excel skills. Ceridian DayForce and CPP/FPC are preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience in multi-state, high-volume payroll environments.
• Working knowledge of payroll, tax, and benefits administration.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, COUNTIF).
• Ceridian DayForce experience preferred.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process bi-weekly and weekly U.S. multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
• Audit source documents and prepare payroll data in accordance with department guidelines.
• Execute income verifications and respond to internal and external inquiries professionally.
• Use tools like Excel and payroll systems to input, maintain, and retrieve data.
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service to employees and stakeholders.
• Support special projects and perform other payroll-related duties as assigned.
