OnTrac is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a remote seasonal role. You will support the payroll team during peak periods, ensure accurate and timely pay, and uphold compliance with internal and external regulations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of end-to-end payroll experience, multi-state exposure, and solid Excel skills. Knowledge of Ceridian DayForce and CPP/FPC certification are a plus.

Employment Logistics: The Payroll Coordinator supports OnTrac’s payroll team during high-volume periods by performing payroll administration tasks with precision and urgency. This role is essential to ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, deadline-driven approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

The Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred


• 3–5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience


• Experience in multi-state, high-volume payroll environments


• Working knowledge of payroll, tax, and benefits administration


• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, COUNTIF)


• Ceridian DayForce experience preferred


• CPP or FPC certification preferred
