Job summary

The National MS Society is seeking Season al Associate, Centralized Support Team, to support 103 Walk MS events with centralized logistics, procurement, and cost control. You will work with Event Leads, Endurance, and Community Event staff to manage back-end operations from planning through post‑event wrap‑up.

These remote, seasonal positions run from December 7, 2026 or January 19, 2027 and end in late May 2027, with up to 4 team members; compensation ranges per hour and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of Event Production experience, including 1–2 full seasons in an event lifecycle position.
• Experience with planning and coordinating events, including logistics, budgeting, communication, and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Event production and event planning (85%)
• Budget & Financial Oversight: submit invoices and track budgets
• Planning & Documentation: maintain CST Event Manual template and route/site maps
• Vendor & Logistics Coordination: secure and confirm vendors, finalize invoices
• Safety & Compliance: hire medics when required and coordinate security
• Lodging & Transportation: arrange staff/volunteer lodging and vehicle rentals
• Supplies & Event Materials: order signage, apparel, and refreshments
• Post-Event Wrap-Up: send surveys and assist with reporting
