The National MS Society's Constituent Experience Center (CXC) seeks remote seasonal staff to support donors and event participants across markets. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, assist with donations, registrations, and online tools, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional customer service.

These positions run December 7, 2026 or January 19, 2027 through late May 2027; up to 13 team members will join to ensure a high-quality donor experience and smooth

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or BA/BS preferred.
• In lieu of degree, 2+ years related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service with patience.
• Strong technical abilities and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Provide reactive and proactive donor support via phone and email.
• Resolve problems related to donations, fundraising, and event details.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Identify prospects for increased giving and share findings with staff.
• Stay up-to-date with software, tools, and processes.
• Support team with timely information and online collaboration tools.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
