Job summary

The National MS Society is seeking a Seasonal Associate, Centralized Support Team (CST) to help produce 103 Walk MS events. This remote, seasonal role focuses on centralized event logistics, procurement, and operational support to maintain consistency and cost control from planning through post‑event wrap‑up.

Two start dates are available (Dec 7, 2026 or Jan 19, 2027) with a late May 2027 end. The role works about 30 hours per week, with benefits including medical, FSA, and commuter options.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Event Production experience, including 1-2 full seasons in an event lifecycle position.
• Experience with planning and coordinating events, including logistics, budgeting, communication, and safety measures.
• Supported team leads in organizing and guiding event teams through various phases of planning and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities while staying organized.
• Excellent communication with team members and partners.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Event production and event planning with budget oversight and vendor payments.
• Planning and documentation including CST Event Manual and route/maps.
• Vendor and logistics coordination for tents, A/V, security, and other rentals.
• Safety and compliance including security and background checks.
• Lodging, transportation, and materials coordination.
• Post-event wrap-up including surveys and expense reporting.
