The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is seeking a Seasonal Associate to join the Centralized Support Team (CST). You will manage backend logistics, procurement, and operational support for Walk MS events, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and cost control across the national campaign.

Working with Event Leads and production teams, you’ll consolidate procurement, track invoices, and maintain event documentation, while supporting a remote team during a busy season from December to May 2027.

Competenze

• 2-3+ years of Event Production experience, including 1-2 full seasons.
• Experience with planning and coordinating events, including logistics, budgeting, communication, safety measures.
• Supported team leads in organizing and guiding event teams.
• Can manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities while staying organized.
• Communicate clearly with team members and partners to support collaboration.

• Event production and event planning (85%).
• Budget & Financial Oversight: manage vendor invoices and budgets.
• Planning & Documentation: maintain CST Event Manual and route maps.
• Vendor & Logistics Coordination: secure vendors and confirm invoices.
• Safety & Compliance: hire medics and security as needed, conduct background checks.
• Lodging & Transportation: arrange staff/volunteer lodging and vehicle rentals.
• Supplies & Event Materials: order signage, shirts, and catering needs.
• Post-Event Wrap-Up: process surveys, expense reports, and feedback.
