Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, live chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate information about purchases, shipping, and product details; resolve issues.
• Offer product advice on style, fit, and recommendations tailored to the customer.
• Know Tecovas product lines, ordering, shipping, and logistics to assist customers and teammates.
• Support leadership in developing new policies and customer retention initiatives.
• Maintain strong daily metrics and CSAT; represent the team with a positive attitude.
