Job summary

Tecovas, based in Austin, TX, is seeking Seasonal Customer Experience Associates to ensure customers have the best possible interaction with our brand and product. This remote role is open to candidates located within the United States and will be on the forefront of our customer experience function.

You'll support inquiries across email, live chat, and phone, help with purchases, shipping, and product advice, and collaborate with leadership to refine policies and retention programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree a plus.
• Retail or customer-facing job experience.
• Independent, results-driven work ethic.
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers through email, live chat, and phone.
• Quickly and accurately answer customer questions and resolve issues related to purchases, shipping, and other inquiries.
• Provide product advice including style, fit, and customer-specific recommendations.
• Know the product line, ordering, shipping, and logistics to support customers and teammates as a knowledge base.
• Gain cross-functional experience in sales, events, marketing, and other customer-facing functions as desired.
• Partner with leadership to create and execute new policies and customer retention programs.
• Maintain excellent daily metrics and CSAT.
• Represent the team with positive culture, attitude, and expertise, embodying Tecovas' core values.
