Job summary

Tecovas is seeking Seasonal Customer Experience Associates for remote nationwide work during the holiday season. Start Oct 12 and end Jan 16, with mandatory training Oct 12–16 and Oct 19–23 (9am–1pm CT). Flexible hours include extended holiday shifts in mornings, weekends, and evenings.

You willhandle inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, offer product advice on style and fit, and work with leadership to refine policies and retention programs while upholding Tecovas’ values.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree a plus.
• Retail or customer-facing experience.
• Independent, results-driven work ethic.
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations calmly.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Utmost character, honesty, and humility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via email, live chat, and phone.
• Answer questions and resolve issues about purchases, shipping, and other topics.
• Provide product guidance on style and fit for customers.
• Know product line, ordering, shipping, and logistics to assist customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and improve policies and retention programs.
• Maintain daily metrics and CSAT.
• Represent the team with Tecovas’ core values.
