Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to quickly assess concerns and formulate responses.
• Experience in a structured work environment.
• Type at least 30 words per minute.
• Ability to work in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with plan participants via phone and chat.
• Translate complex plan information into simple explanations.
• Safeguard confidential information according to HIPAA.
• Maintain accurate call and case notes.
• Assist customers and perform other duties as assigned.
