Qualifications

• 2+ years working in a Customer Service environment, ideally in employee benefits.
• Military experience accepted.
• SHRM, PHR, or GBA/CEBS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage benefit plans on a daily basis.
• Provide service support related to health and welfare benefit programs.
• Mentor service associates and provide guidance on administrative processes.
