Zohorecruit seeks a Sales Development Representative for wellness and regenerative medicine programs. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, inbound/outbound outreach, and scheduling consultations with the appropriate team.

Strong consultative sales, relationship building, and discovery conversations are key to success. The position is 100% remote and open to candidates based in LATAM, with a base of $1,200 monthly plus commission.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
• Comfort with remote work and independent accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and messaging to generate new opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations with clinical or specialist teams.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Track performance against lead-generation, contact, booking, and conversion KPIs.
